  Horrible! My elderly mother went in for a mattress with their ad showing sale prices then was sold an off brand at full price. Classic bait and switch. Everyone knows you should never buy a mattress at list price! This is the first thing Consumer Reports will tell you. I tried working it out with the manager who finally gets frustrated and yells at me on the phone and has to tell me she a"Christian" and would never do anything dishonest. Well, if you have to tell me then obviously there's a problem. AVOID THIS STORE!

  We tried to buy the same mattress we bought one year ealier and was treated with the bait and switch experience! A less comfortable mattress for the same expensive $1000 price for a King! Can't even use the other side!!
