  A reservation was made the day before (for a uhaul car trailer) and we did not get a response/confirmation until AFTER we went to pick up the trailer at 11am. The person we worked with was very rude and told us she had texted earier to confirm a trailer for 2pm. We got that text 15 minutes after we walked out of the store. So we wasted 3 hours waiting around before we could get it. And when they hooked up the trailer they did it in such a way as to make it very difficult to remove. We tried to remove it ourselves but couldn't. The uhaul center we used for drop off had trouble removing the chains from our truck too because they had been done incorrectly. Don't waste your time or energy with this facility.

  Went to get 20# propane cylinders TOPPED OFF none of them were empty! While filling the tanks I noticed that the gallons meter was not running so I asked how they knew how much propane I got? He said we weigh the tanks. He did not weigh the tanks prior to filling only after they were done filling, So how do you know how much I had before filling?? Got charged for 50#'s of propane when I probably only got 30#'s. I will go elsewhere from now on.
